Design difficulties: Melamine materials need to ensure a draft angle of at least 3° (the left and right mold closing is not convenient for waterproofing, and the left and right mold closing also requires a 3° draft angle, which affects the product shape and grip). The length of the electric toothbrush body is basically Around 150-170mm, the toothbrush body can only be made into a radial trumpet shape on the premise of ensuring that the product can be demolded.
