Against the backdrop of rapid evolution in the pet economy, the “AIR CAGE” series of transport carriers breaks away from traditional utilitarian design thinking. It deeply integrates “pet comfort experience” with “owner usage scenarios,” creating a modern pet transport solution that combines functional aesthetics with humanistic care.

Product Design

Redefining the cold aesthetic of traditional pet cages through rounded geometric silhouettes, this design achieves visual lightness with vertical stripe textures and low-saturation color schemes (warm orange/matte black), seamlessly integrating into diverse home styles. The curved door and spacious interior ensure ample freedom of movement while minimizing confinement-induced anxiety.

The top-mounted handle and bottom-mounted hidden wheels form a dual-mode mobility system, offering both smooth carrying for short distances and effortless towing for longer journeys. The side ventilation ports feature angled grille structures that ensure efficient airflow while preventing pets' paws from extending outward and getting injured, showcasing safety-focused design in every detail.

From daily home use to outdoor adventures, from pet clinics to cross-city logistics, the AIR CAGE meets all-scenario needs through lightweight, high-strength materials and modular design. Its stain-resistant surface coating simplifies cleaning, making maintenance hassle-free.

MAnufacturing Process

“AIR CAGE” embodies the core principles of safety and durability throughout its manufacturing process. Through dual advancements in material technology and production standards, it redefines the benchmark for pet carrier quality.

The cabin body is crafted from modified polypropylene (PP) engineering plastic through an injection-molded monocoque process, delivering impact resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and anti-aging properties while maintaining structural integrity under extreme temperature fluctuations. Surface vertical striations are precision-molded to achieve a balance between tactile feedback and aesthetic appeal.

Environmental Protection and Sustainability

Materials are ROHS-certified, production processes adhere to green manufacturing principles, recycled material usage is strictly controlled, and finished products support recycling. This approach reduces environmental impact while conveying the brand's commitment to sustainability.
